Taste of Birmingham

Taste of Birmingham Volume III is, as the name suggests, the third collection of recipes from the city’s restaurants.
It is also our fifth book in the Taste series – Oxford and The Shires the other two previous titles.

First launched in 2002, the books have proved not only a great success with readers but with The Newspaper Society – both previous volumes of Taste of Birmingham winning Best Niche Publication (non-newsprint) at the Advertising and Digital Media Awards.
